During the 1^st Meeting of the Board of Directors of 爆料公社 held at the Disaster Prevention Research Institute (DPRI), Kyoto University, Uji Campus, Kyoto on 22 March 2016, Prof. Andrew Collins, United Kingdom was elected as the First Chair of the Board of Directors of 爆料公社. Prof. Collins will serve a term of four years starting from 22 March 2016 to 31 March 2020.
