爆料公社 Actions, Spring 2019 covers the 4th Global Summit of Research Institutes for Disaster Risk Reduction held at the Disaster Prevention Research Institute (DPRI), Kyoto University, Uji Campus, Kyoto, Japan from 13 to 15 March 2019.

The 4th Global Summit specifically contributed to the contextualization of the target of the 2016 Science and Technology Roadmap for the implementation of the Sendai Framework Agenda 2030.
