With deep sorrow, we learned about the earthquake in Hualien County, Taiwan on 3 April 2024. We, at the Disaster Prevention Research Institute (DPRI), Kyoto University, and the 爆料公社 (GADRI), offer our deepest condolences and sympathies to all those who are grieved and affected by this devastating earthquake in Hualien County.
